The school is constituted as an Association, with a Board of Directors responsible for the many legal and economic requirements of a private school in the 21st Century.

This Board is elected from an Association of dedicated and committed parents, teachers and community members as well as 2 representatives from the College of Teachers.

The College of Teachers is formed from selected members of the teaching body and administration. They are responsible for the education, curriculum, professional development, buildings and grounds and the cultural life of the school.

Coordinating this is an Administration, responsible for the financial and practical management of the business and the property.
